If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the relevant services or functionality.

Ramsoncross Foundation exists to connect generosity with genuine needs and to support initiatives within its approved areas of activity.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
The website provides information about Ramsoncross Foundation, our work, Ripple, opportunities to contribute, stories of impact and ways to contact or engage with us.
Website content is provided for general information and Foundation communication purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every item of information will remain complete or current at all times.
3. RIPPLE AND CONTRIBUTIONS
Ripple is the Ramsoncross Foundation's flagship funding movement. It is designed to allow individuals to make small recurring contributions which, when combined with the contributions of others, strengthen the Foundation's ability to support credible needs, families, communities and initiatives.
The contribution amount and frequency applicable to your transaction will be displayed before you confirm your contribution. By completing a contribution, you confirm that the payment information supplied is valid and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. A contribution is voluntary and does not create an ownership interest, membership interest, investment, loan or entitlement to financial return.
4. RECURRING CONTRIBUTIONS
Where you choose a monthly or other recurring Ripple contribution, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the amount and frequency shown to you when you subscribe.
Recurring contributions will continue until cancelled or otherwise terminated. You may cancel a recurring contribution at any time using Your Whatsapp Dashboard. Cancellation prevents future contributions from being processed once the cancellation has taken effect. It does not automatically reverse contributions already processed.
We encourage cancellation requests to be made before the next scheduled processing date.
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed through: Paysoft
Use of the payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms, security requirements and privacy policy.
Ramsoncross Foundation is not responsible for outages or technical failures within an independent payment provider's systems, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with contribution-related queries.
6. CONTRIBUTIONS MADE IN ERROR
Contributions are ordinarily voluntary and are applied towards the Foundation's activities.
If you believe a contribution was duplicated, processed incorrectly, made without authorisation or made in genuine error, please contact us promptly at: [email protected]
We will investigate the circumstances and, where appropriate or legally required, arrange for the contribution to be reversed or refunded. A change of mind does not automatically create an entitlement to repayment of a contribution already received and applied by the Foundation.
7. HOW CONTRIBUTIONS ARE USED
Unless Ramsoncross Foundation expressly accepts a contribution for a specified purpose, contributions may be allocated by the Foundation in accordance with its registered objectives, approved activities and assessment of genuine needs.
The Foundation may determine how and when funds can most responsibly be applied. Where a project, beneficiary or initiative can no longer receive or appropriately use funds allocated to it, Ramsoncross may redirect those funds to another appropriate activity consistent with the Foundation's objects and any applicable legal restrictions. A contribution does not give the contributor a right to direct the Foundation's management, selection of beneficiaries, governance or operational decisions.
8. SECTION 18A AND TAX RECEIPTS
Where Ramsoncross Foundation is authorised by SARS to issue receipts under section 18A of the Income Tax Act, a qualifying donor may request or receive a Section 18A receipt in accordance with applicable SARS requirements. The donor must provide all information required for a valid receipt and related statutory reporting. Not every payment, contribution or form of support necessarily qualifies for a tax deduction merely because it is provided to the Foundation. Any tax treatment remains subject to applicable South African tax law and the donor's individual circumstances.
9. CHILDREN AND CONTRIBUTORS UNDER 18
A person under 18 who is not legally competent to act independently must use the website, provide personal information or make a contribution only with the appropriate involvement and consent of a parent, guardian or other competent person. If a payment method belonging to another person is used, the person making the contribution must have the cardholder or account holder's permission. Ramsoncross Foundation may cancel or reverse a transaction where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the payment was unauthorised or unlawfully made.
10. STORIES OF IMPACT AND FOUNDATION OUTCOMES
We aim to communicate honestly about the work supported through Ramsoncross Foundation. Stories, photographs, project information and impact updates may describe particular people, organisations or initiatives supported by the Foundation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a contributor's contribution is not necessarily allocated to the specific person, story or project appearing on the website at the time the contribution is made. Social and humanitarian outcomes are affected by many circumstances outside the Foundation's control. The Foundation therefore cannot guarantee that a particular contribution will produce a particular individual outcome. Our commitment is to assess opportunities responsibly and steward the resources entrusted to us with care, transparency and accountability.
11. “OUR NAMES ARE YOUR SURETY”
The phrase “Our names are your surety”, and similar Ramsoncross Foundation brand statements concerning trust, accountability and stewardship, express the Foundation's values and commitment to responsible conduct. They do not constitute a personal suretyship, financial guarantee or personal assumption of the Foundation's liabilities by Ratshidi Rammutla, Corene Rammutla or any director, trustee, employee, representative or office bearer of the Foundation. Any legal obligation undertaken by the Foundation or any individual must arise from an appropriate written agreement or applicable law.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems; interfere with the security or operation of the website; introduce malicious code; misuse payment systems; impersonate another person; submit false or fraudulent information; scrape or reproduce substantial website content without permission; or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of Ramsoncross Foundation or any
other person.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, branding, written material, graphics, photographs, videos, campaign concepts and other intellectual property belong to Ramsoncross Foundation or are used with permission. You may view and share publicly available Foundation content for personal, informational and legitimate non-commercial purposes provided that the content is not materially altered or presented misleadingly. Commercial reproduction, republication or exploitation requires prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
14. USER-SUBMITTED MATERIAL
If you voluntarily submit photographs, stories, testimonials or other material for possible publication by Ramsoncross Foundation, this does not automatically give us permission to publish identifiable personal information. Where appropriate, publication and usage permissions will be dealt with separately. You must not submit material belonging to another person unless you have the right and authority to do so.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The website may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party platforms including payment processors and social-media services. Those services are operated independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content, products, statements or practices of the third party.
16. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection law. Our Privacy Policy forms part of the terms governing your interaction with the website.
17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons. We do not guarantee that the website or any online donation functionality will be available continuously or without interruption.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ramsoncross Foundation will not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any right or remedy that a person has under applicable South African
law.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their devices, internet connections and payment information are appropriately secured.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Ramsoncross Foundation may update these Terms from time to time where our website, operations, campaigns, payment arrangements or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on the website and will display its effective or last updated date. Changes will not retrospectively alter a completed contribution except where required by law.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and by a court or other competent forum having jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using an appropriate dispute resolution process where agreed or required by law.
21. GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure by Ramsoncross Foundation to enforce a provision on one occasion does not
constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
